My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to stay to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. From the moment we got there, until we left we felt so welcomed, and our hosts were so very kind and supportive! We chose the location to be close to the Conowingo Dam, Havre de Grace, and North East River area of Chesapeake Bay. As PA natives, we adore the countryside and Amish areas as well! So the location is a great place to find peace and relaxation after exploring! Feels like a little slice of God’s country! The home was perfection, the salt water heated pool was amazing, but the care that went in to the comforts and decor of the home were so well done! Awesome amenities and the property is gorgeous and matches the natural beauty of the landscape! This was an amazing getaway, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the heated pool, especially for how cold the weather has been. I had such amazing and relaxing weekend! This place was super clean and neat. It is cozy. Megan provided everything I needed, plenty of towels and bed sheets . I love the stream in front of the house and of course the pool, it was hot and nice, just perfect . I did not even feel it is winter time. What an amazing thing just to get up and go for a swimming. The check in was easy and Megan replied real quick to any question. She is really helpful. I highly recommend this place. I’m definitely coming back.
